Kristen's place did us so well for a bunch of friends hanging in Denver for our World Premiere film showing. The place was roomy, clean, accommodated our large group... we really had no issues. Knowing Denver well, this place was a real for us considering the amount of room and the location. Easy walks or biking to some of my favorite Denver spots. Would easily book here again!

Kristen was very responsive and helpful. Only minor issues, there was no toilet paper stocked or available but she was quick to respond and send some over. The home had a faint smell of possible pet odor and the bed sheets were very wrinkled and noticed staining on one sheet. They did smell clean though.
Overall, would have no reservations about staying there again. Very convenient location and quiet cul-de-sac.

A great place to stay, with room for plenty of people!

Very beautiful home inside and out. The giant back yard was so big and beautiful and the apple tree in the back yard was a lovely surprise! Thanks for the great stay!
