Cafe Sol is located on the first corner as you enter the bustling nightlife centre of Barbados; St. Lawrence Gap. Now in it's 23rd year, Cafe Sol is one of the most popular and well-established restaurants on the island! In St. Lawrence Gap (or "The Gap" as it's also known) you'll find a wide variety of dining options as well as fantastic beaches and some great hotels, all of which offer convenient location from which to explore the nightlife offerings of The Gap on foot.Our next door neighbour, The Yellow Bird Hotel offers incredible ocean views across St. Lawrence Bay and a central Gap location that's hard to beat! Stop in for lunch or dinner or just a snack on the patio overlooking St. Lawrence Bay. Our margaritas are famous and we offer a huge margarita list and have recently created one of the most extensive mojito menus in Barbados.

Chill laid back vibe. Great Mexican food. Happy hour specials daily, the strawberry margaritas are a must if you’re into cocktails. The terrace is a great place to people watch and offers anocean view.
