Esquire Magazine's 2004 Best & Brightest. At the bottom of the Minturn Mile. It's like skiing through a time warp, back to the old mining days. Dinner and margaritas await.

This is a bit of a drive, but it's my husband's family's favorite for three generations. It's AWESOME - so is the town of Minturn. Solid, solid Mexican food for the mountains and the patio and spot are legendary. The boys always get quail, quail, quail but you choose and you can't go wrong. Watch the hours on the website, it can be closed in off-season.
