Peet's is similar to Starbucks but is a Bay Area original. Wonderful coffee, indoor and outdoor seating. They have light breakfast items too. 12-minute walk.

Pete's coffee is a Northern California chain coffee shop. We think it's great for just grabbing a cup to go or sitting outside and enjoying the neighborhood.

Great coffee shop with outside patio area. Pastries/breakfast items along with variety of coffee, teas, hot chocolate.
