You can walk to Shinagawa aquarium on foot.It takes 15min.There is good park for taking a walk.

This is Tokyo’s best aquarium that is relatively under-explored. Why is it the best? The very cool water tank tunnel which allows you walk under swimming green turtles, stingrays and other fishes.
