“Travel Time: 28 minutes. One of my favorite places to visit here in San Antonio! So much history and gorgeous architecture that makes you feel like you’re stepping back in time. Plenty of space for kids to run around if you’re bringing them in tow. Admission is free to the public. Parking is free on site. There is a small gift shop in the square, or you can visit the visitor’s center if you’re looking for a souvenir. Please remember to be respectful of those attending Mass on Saturdays and Sundays during certain hours. When Mass is not in session, feel free to take a look around inside the church as well! ”

“San Antonio Missions National Historical Park is a National Historical Park and part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site preserving four of the five Spanish frontier missions in San Antonio, Texas, USA. Of course, these outposts were established by Catholic religious orders to spread Christianity among the local natives. But overtime they have become great for sightseeing. Enjoy!!”

“The food and drink selection are excellent and the ambiance is nice for either a romantic evening or a celebration with family and friends. The restaurant is located in what used to be a convent.”
