Walking Distance from Studio (.05 mile) Great coffee, but the indoor/outdoor environment is what really does it for us. You can sit in the shaded garden. Pet friendly.

Great coffee and a chill cozy environment! Cute bookstore and fresh juice bar next door. (No public WiFi though)
