310 SW Industrial Way, the Old Mill District: Hip coffee shop with an attached motorcycle repair store. But best of all, this is the location for the early Sunday morning Cars & Coffee. If you are into cars, you'll be there.

Not only do they have great coffee but there's always a good food truck open in their courtyard. It's a great spot to grab either breakfast or stop by in the evening for a drink and pizza.
