You must go here for breakfast. Its just around the corner and you can walk to it. Best breakfast here in Dallas.

Another good spot for breakfast. Very quaint location. Kid friendly, but expect a decent size line / wait as it is extremely popular all the time. Good for breakfast or brunch. Take an Uber, but Valet parking is available. Self parking is almost non-existent plus traffic is challenging near the restaurant. It is probably only 5 mins away, but you could walk if you are up for a 20-25 minute walk.
