If you feel fancy and in the mood for gourmet food I highly recommend Pao. Paul Q the executive chef winner of Top Chef was inspired by his grandmother to create this amazing menu that feel almost home made. Delicious simple Phillipines cuisine. Located in the beautiful hotel Faena in Collins av. look for the golden Mammoth to snap a cool picture!
