Located in a side street of Sugamo(Next station from Komagome), Tokyo this tiny ramen shop called Tsuta, which can only accommodate 9 people at the same time, is the first ramen restaurant in Japan to win a single coveted star in the famous Michelin Guide. The shop in Sugamo Station is open 11:30AM-3:00pm(Lunch) and 6PM-9PM on Tuesdays to Sundays. 11AM-3:00PM during holidays. It is a good idea to go at 11:00AM before it opens to get a seat!!! Or 6PM for dinner!

”Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta” shone as the world's first Michelin star as a ramen shop. Opening is at 11 o'clock but the numbered ticket is an extremely popular store dealt at 7 o'clock in the morning.
