Free tours. Check the website for times, I think they do it 2 x an hour and you don't need a reservation. The capital just had a bazillion dollar renovation completed and it is absolutely stunning! I believe their is only one tour a day where you can get up to the top where the golden horses are. Great views of St. Paul and the Cathedral from here.
