Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, just like where Grandma used to live. Deer roam the backyards. Birds nest and feed in the trees. Huge lawn area with lots of parking. Close to playgrounds and stores yet just down the back alley are chickens, horses, the fishpond park and nature trails. The big city is 20 minutes north. The mountains are 60 minutes west. The USA is 30 minutes south. But who needs to go there when Magrath is such a pretty little town.

Brand new basement suite with 2 huge bedrooms both with very large walk in closets. 1500 square ft with open concept. A large bathroom and smaller kitchen with pots, dishes, utensils, spices. Large basement windows to watch the gorgeous sunset. All brand new appliances (except the microwave) washer and dryer. Large back deck to watch breath taking sunrises. A fire pit. 2 horses are out back. All on 3 acers of land, so lots of room for dogs to run around. Because it’s new landscaping in progress
