AbbeysidePlease note that at the moment a new house is being built next door. We have a shared driveway so there could be tradesmen's vehicles impacting our space. There could also be issues with noise and dust. Our studio room is located a ten minute drive to the centre of Busselton and a fifteen minute drive to Dunsborough. We are a 300 metre walk to the beach. Easy to visit Margaret River too. The studio is detached from the main house and has its own entrance with a digital lock for easy access.
