Little Paddock is a completely private self contained annexe of our house, with its own ensuite facilities. Opening onto the garden, this large double room can comfortably sleep 2 adults, with beautiful views of the tranquil Sussex countryside. The hamlet of Muddles Green is a great base for trips to the South Downs National Park, Glyndebourne, Eastbourne, Lewes and Brighton, not to mention great pubs and restaurants nearby, and our village shop/cafe.

B&B new for 2017. Our property is semi rural, in a private lane, leading direct to the A22, with free parking. This luxurious room is ensuite with a bath and overhead shower, Luxury kingsize bed, Fresh linen, Smart TV, Free Wifi, Desk/Dressing Table, Tea & Coffee making facilities & bottled water.
