It occupies the entire separate wing of a substantial property, this sizable apartment is laid out on a single level with a separate entrance, secluded private parking, and enclosed decking and patio. Access is with ease via a lovely decked ramp (1:20 gradient to 1:12 x 1.5m wide) that flows into an open plan sitting room/kitchen area. Decorated and presented to a magnificent standard, this property has an air of luxury whilst laid out practically with oodles of space. Everything is to hand whether you’re managing from your wheelchair, assisting or able. The fully fitted kitchen is at normal height (90cm) but the butcher's block island is lowered for comfortable use at wheelchair level (73cm). The toilet is 48cm tall with a soft closing seat, the bathroom also features underfloor heating and a radiator to keep it nice and warm. A shower wheelchair is available upon request.
