Our stunning three bedroom apartment is located in a small hamlet just outside the pretty village of Pressac, an idyllic, tranquil setting with a 10 minute walk into the village. We are 50 minutes from both Limoges and Poitiers, our local airports. A 15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket in the town of Confolens and plenty to do for all the family in the surrounding area including fishing, walking, canoeing, horse riding, zip wiring, parcours and the wonderful valley of the monkeys.

Situated in a quiet village, our well appointed home is ideal for groups of family or friends, with two double bedrooms and one single, plus a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge (Sleeping 7) Close to local amenities including grocery and general store, bakery, garage / bar / restaurant and bri-a-brac shop / pizzaria. A great area for cycling, walking, swimming, watersports and fishing, with a wide range visitor attractions all within a 10 to 20 minute drive.

This home lies on the border of Vienne and Charente offers great medieval towns and natural sites. Saint Martin l'Ars is just 2km away and provides a local convenient store, restaurants and of course the man-made beach. Beautiful walks from the gite via the loop of the “Au temps d'Aliénor” gives you access to the historical site Abbaye Royale de la Reau and the quaint village Saint Martin l'Ars. On route to the majestic viaduct in L'Isle Jourdain is the famous Circuit du Val de Vienne.
