Walking distance to bar/restaurants, Grosenbach's Grocery, Country Florist, Casey's, Williams Popcorn Shop, Pop's Sweet Shop, etc. Minonk is centrally located to many near by towns, 30 minute drive to Bloomington, Pontiac, LaSalle-Peru and Starved Rock! My home was built in 1920 and consists of two floors and a basement. On the second floor, there are three private rooms available to rent, and two bathrooms that are shared. Also on the second floor, you’ll find a common room with a tv for watching movies and shelves full of books to read. There’s also a kitchenette (not quite completed) but it does have a refrigerator, microwave, and a Pizza pizzazz for fine dining:) There’s an exterior exit that leads down to the patio in the back.
