Our place is close to parks, great views, restaurants and dining, and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the people. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
Update on Marathon Key and neighborhood: Sombrero Beach and restaurants (with limitations) have reopened for residents. Keys will reopen to visitors June 1, including vacation rentals. Until further notice, per Florida state requirements, there will be no bedspreads, extra linens or extra towels. (2 towels per person only. Of course, you can bring your own extras.) Check in will be at 4 pm (key pick up 3:45 pm to allow for additional cleaning to meet state and county requirements and contactless entry requirements.) Construction of new house behind ours has resumed. So far, workers are neat and work from about 8 to 2. No dust and noise has not been a bother to me. Lovely beachfront villa directly across from famous Sombrero Beach in Marathon Key. Ocean views from every room!! Three bedrooms (master with queen size bed, middle bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with two double beds) and den - with pullout couch. Two and a half bathrooms. Newer kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter top. Three bedrooms, den, newer kitchen, living room/dining room. Four flat screen TVs (premium cable (HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, Sports package) livingroom TV only), free wifi and unlimited telephone calls throughout US/Canada/Puerto Rico. 50 foot dock, with water, electric and fish cleaning table. Bait freezer. Minutes to open Atlantic Ocean. (Please note: walkway and dock are not fenced.) Backyard is private and lush with native Keys plantings. Licensed and inspected by the City of Marathon, license number #PLR(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Working smoke detectors in every room. Rent with confidence: rent only from licensed home owners!! Also NOTE: sometimes, particularly in summer, winds and tides can bring seaweed. In that event, the western end by Sister Creek is usually seaweed-free.
