Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax and take a nap in the basket chair or on the twin bed.

We live in this renovated farm house and are happy to share it with guests! It is located 2.5 miles off Highway 36 on all-weather (rock) roads and just a 10 minute drive to Smith Center. The second floor has been set up as a dedicated guest space. The four bedrooms and one full bath will accommodate up to eight. We have a "pack and play" if needed for a baby. The kitchen is not part of the deal, but hopefully the complimentary hot breakfast will make up for that.

One bedroom duplex apartment with updated kitchen and flooring and an attached one car garage. Very clean. No smoking. Close to downtown Smith Center. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and a gourmet coffee shop! We also rent the other side of the duplex if you’re needing more space close by.
