This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. The Blue Bungalow- Central Park Circle

This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.
