Less than 10mins drive to the train station (and town) with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Rugby, yet just 5 mins drive to the nearest farm. This place provides the perfect balance.

This cosy double room is located in a wonderful rural spot in Nuneaton. The lovely living area and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a romantic get away for the 2 of you . This beautifully refurbished room retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. Staying here allows you access to the private garden. The property grounds has ample space for many cars so parking is not a problem. As a self contained double room with en-suite shower room you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The room has a kettle and coffee making facilities. It is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is one bedroom which contains a double bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
