This is a must do experience you will remember forever! You will: - Visit one of our favorite places : The Reims Cathedral where Kings of France used to be coronated - Visit 2 very different Champagne estates, understand the Champagne making process & enjoy at least 6 delicious Champagne - Drive through the Champagne countryside & charming landscape. As a French professionnal sommelier, I propose a premium intimate experience, and I host all the tasting sessions personnally. So if you book this experience, there's no risk to get a random temporary "wine guy " with just an average knowledge about French wines. Once you'll be seated in the charming tasting room in the heart of Latin Quarter, you will discover and taste 4 excellent French wines (2 whites and 2 reds) that you will pair with 4 typical cheeses and some pieces of French baguette. After a quick global introduction about French wine, you will go deeply into the wine regions, the labels of French wines, the grape varietals used etc... All information will be shown on a screen while I will explain in a casual and relax atmosphere details and facts. I'm also here to answer your questions! Wines are coming from small quality winemaker and the cheeses are coming from a famous local cheese shop from the Latin Quarter. You can buy the wine you prefer directly in the place after the tasting session.

Looking for an off-the-beaten-path experience in Paris? Join us for a deep dive into the biggest and most unique Chinatown in Europe, right in the heart of Paris' 13th arrondissement! A neighborhood shaped by modern brutalist architecture, a thriving Asian community, and hundreds of Chinese, Lao, and Vietnamese restaurants. Over the course of three hours, you'll get to taste some hidden gems, including : - Small bites from the best Cantonese rotisserie in the city - My favorite banh mi spot, run by the same family since 1984 - A Cantonese bakery where you can try a daring durian egg tart (if you’re up for it!) - A Lao feast, featuring authentic dishes you’ve probably never heard of - And a few surprises along the way! Learn how to make the iconic French "Macarons"! In the 16th century, it was the favorite pastry of the famous French Queen Catherine de Medici. Since this day, many pastry chefs had and continue to have fun with this recipe, like Pierre Hermé or Cédric Grolet. Today, you can come and learn how to bake your 2020 version macarons ! During this interactive cooking lesson, you will be hands-on in the kitchen. Equipped with an apron and all the utensils you need, you will learn how to make your own macarons step by step, also picking the flavour of your choice !
