The Little Motel Room Geelong is part of a main house, with its own entrance and is locked off from the rest of the house, creating your own private ensuite room. Tea&coffee are provided but there is no cooking facilities. You will hear household noise, we try to keep all noise to a minimum, please consider this when booking. Deakin Uni & Epworth Hospital are mins away by car, bus stop nearby. CBD is a 15 min drive, The Surf Coast is down the highway & local shops are near. Everyone is welcome.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Your hot tub, set in the privacy of the rear garden & sunset from the adjacent walking path. Easy walk to Harbour, local shops/restaurants, Blues Train & beach. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.
