An apartment in a small village Lipsenj, central Slovenia in the middle of regional natural park Cerknica. New and fully equipped one apartment with kitchen and bathroom where you can find some peace and enjoy the nature. The apartment is in a family house, 2 generations, young family and grandparents. We spend most of the time working on our farm with animals and big garden. We also produce fresh goat milk products that we are glad to offer you.

Old School Villa was first a family home. Before that, the local primary school, but today the memory of students running around barefoot across meadows of unspoiled nature plateau Bloke is distant. Why not make this a wonderful environment a starting point to enjoy all sights and activites that are right in your doorstep?

The newly renovated house with natural materials only, lies in the middle of nature with a view of Cerknica Lake. You can do whatever you want here: read the books, prepare meals directly from the garden, or go to investigate the surroundings. Around and around there are beautiful and unspoiled forests. On the other hand LJUBLJANA is close, SEASIDE is close and you can reach MOUNTAINS within one hour of drive. The house offers everything someone needs to remain in contact with the world.
