I belong to this gym - it's one of the newer LA Fitness in the Twin Cities. Ample cardio machines, large free weights and weight machine section, racket ball, group fitness classes, cycling classes, pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Great Gym. Great Atmosphere. Great people that train here. Power lifters and body builders alike. This is my spot where I train and I'd love to show you the place under my guest pass if you're interested. I'm also, somewhat of a health and fitness coach myself with a focus on Power Lifting.
