Quaint place for the perfect eggs. The Pfannekuechen takes 20 minutes, but it's worth the wait. Make a reservation to avoid a wait that can be upwards of 2 hours. This place is great and very popular. It's tricky to find, but locals can guide you.

Located at the West Lionshead Plaza Bus Stop in the Concert Hall Plaza Building we are Vail Colorado’s only full-service diner serving Breakfast All Day and Lunch after 11:30 AM daily during the Winter and Summer seasons.

We like to come here when we decide to get a late start on the hill. Every item we have tried has been delicious! The pannekoeken is unbelievably delicious!! A must try!!! Delicious biscuits and gravy too!
