Tucked away in a strip mall in south Bradenton, S.O.B. Burgers is, yes, a hidden gem. The highly recommended Brewmaster takes a mid-sized patty and tops the beef with caramelized onions, smoked bacon and S.O.B.'s own "brewmaster cheese sauce." Served on a pretzel roll with a side of hand-cut fries that are fantastic, this is a comfort food triumph.

Burgers with an edge, from the SOB with blue cheese and bacon to other sandwich options. You have the option to go all out and add hand cut french fried or home made coleslaw to any burger or sandwich. Happy hour daily from 4pm to 7pm.
