Another casual, upper-class spot, is Parlour. Similar to Red Cow with a few different offerings, this is home to my VERY close 2nd favorite burger, The Parlour Burger.

Parlour St. Paul joined the West 7th Neighborhood in April of 2018. Taking all of the things that made Parlour Minneapolis what it is, the burger, old fashioned and atmosphere, we crossed over to St. Paul with a larger space and menu. We are West 7th Finer Diner from eggs served all day to boozy milkshakes, we have a seat for everyone. Parlour St. Paul features four distinct spaces. The Minnesota room honors the warm atmosphere of historic St. Paul with community hightop and deep comfy booths. The diner brings guests closer to the action by offering counter seating that overlooks the kitchen and intimate banquette tables. The central lounge space combines the atmosphere of the diner and cocktail bar with cozy tables for two and plush booths for larger groups. The cocktail bar brings the ambiance of Parlour Minneapolis across the river to St. Paul with an expansive bar and additional banquette seating.

Go for the "Parlour Burger" as it is easily one of the best burger's in the city. Nice curated drink menu with bartenders waiting to make something to your liking.
