This place is great for family! My 6 years old boy absolutely love the place. The kids always enjoy looking at all the animals. Plenty of interaction from the staff! Everyone was super friendly and informative. We love it here. Plenty of places for photo opportunities. Do plan to visit on cooler months, In the heat of summer, it could get a little uncomfortable. the place is huge, wear comfortable shoes.

Great fun for the family! Alligators and other reptiles - we've taken our kids several times over the years, and it never disappoints! About 10 min drive.

This place is really fun to go with family. They have many different exotic animals and animal shows, including the biggest known crocodile under human care, who goes by the name "Utan." Also, if you decide to go, you can ask for a wrist band for a free wine tasting experience at the Duplin Winery next door.
