Has the best prices around. Hours of operation follow below Monday through Sunday 8am - 2am in the morning. This one actually has a Sunday license for Baltimore.

Stock up on all your booze here, great selections and reasonable prices! They also have a fun loophole where they are considered a bar so they can sell alcohol really late into the night... depending on what you're into.
