The Varsity Theatre has really good music events. It would definitely be worth checking out the calendar to see who is playing during your stay in Baton Rouge. The Varsity is next door to the Chimes on Highland. If someone big is playing, make dinner reservations at Chimes and then walk over to the Varsity for some good music.
