The Laurel Tree is an amazing place with excellent food! Their fields are full of poppies in the Spring and Laurel goes all out decorating for Christmas. You can even dine in the treehouse! Hours are limited and they are always full so make your reservations well in advance!

“This is the main cafe in Utopia. It is known for it's pie and basic Texas comfort food like chicken fried steak. It is homey, friendly and medium quality. (side note: our grandfather was the town doctor in the 1910s and had his office upstairs.)”
