As featured on NPR's This American Life, the Great Blacks in Wax Museum is a truly unique wax museum completely devoted to African American history and culture. Not your average museum by any means.
won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but it is a very unusual (and woefully underfunded) wax museum with figurines from Black History. Powerful stories. In a blighted neighborhood, small admissions fee.
This place will blow your mind. Each time I have a friend from out of town, I’m sure to take them here!
