Located on North John Street, and founded by acclaimed chef Nico Simeone, Six By Nico is a conceptual restaurant bringing evocative gourmet cuisine to the heart of Liverpool. Every six weeks the menu here is entirely revamped, each time following a new unique theme. Previous offerings have been inspired by childhood, forests, the 70s, Mexico and the chip shop. Think 'cheesy chips' complete with parmesan epusma, and a 'deep fried mars bar' adorned with caramilla nougat and chocolate sorbet - your standard fine dining experience, this place is not.
