Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Well-mannered dogs are welcome, they will enjoy the fenced-in area right off the deck. Features: efficiency kitchen and dining area, cozy living space, queen-size bed, and a full bathroom. You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.
