Meine Unterkunft liegt an unserem Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Wohngegend sehr nah zum Bodensee. Die Bushaltestelle für den Stadtbus nach Lindau ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nach Wasserburg Dorf geht ein schöner Fuß/Radweg. Das 1-Zimmer Apartment hat eine schöne Terrasse, auf der auch gegrillt werden kann, und einen kleinen Garten. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrhandtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das nahe gelegene, kostenlose Lindenhofbad mit Strandcafe ist zu Fuß bequem erreichbar.

Die 40qm große Ferienwohnung mit 10qm großem Balkon befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex, der ca. 800m vom alpinen Weißensee und 10km von der Breitenbergbahn entfernt liegt. Die Umgebung ist damit perfekt zum Baden, Skifahren, Wandern und Radfahren. Im Keller befinden sich ein Pool und eine Sauna, die über einen Kellergang zu erreichen sind. Auf der Außenanlage gibt es einen Grillplatz, einen Tennisplatz, und eine Minigolfanlage. Wichtig: Im Nov haben Pool & Sauna i.d.R. wg. Wartung geschlossen.

Dampfer und Strandbad, Biergarten, Minigolf und Bootsverleih sind nebenan. Wohnzimmer mit Seeblick, Küche und Bad sind auf einer Etage, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett befindet sich im Souterrain. Eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit ist als Hochbett vom Wohnzimmer über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen.

The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
