"A Place in the Sun" is an ideal spot for a couple or the solo St. John adventurer!. This studio apartment is located on the middle level of the main house, and just above a beautifully landscaped hillside and large pool deck. The property consists of an owners apartment on the upper level and on the middle level there are two beautifully renovated independent studio suites, "A Place in the Sun" and "Suite Papaya". They each have their own well-appointed kitchenette, dining and sitting area.

Perfect for solo travelers or couples, the 600 sqft apartment makes up the entire lower level of our home “Hummingbird House”, has been freshly renovated & has a private entrance. It’s a quick drive to downtown Cruz Bay & North Shore Beaches, and hikers can access the National Park Trails from our house. Expect lovely sunsets, morning rainbows and visits from local Bananaquits (Sugarbirds) and Hummingbirds!

Suite Papaya is a beautifully renovated and well appointed studio apartment located on a shared outdoor estate overlooking Coral Bay area of St. John. Just a few minutes drive to either the town of Coral Bay (shopping/dining) or several beautiful national park beaches and trails and 10 minutes from St. John’s world renown North Shore beaches.
