The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Här kan ni njuta av lugnet men också enkelt ta er in till city. Judarskogens naturreservat ligger bokstavligen utanför fönstret och från motsatt fönster har ni milsvid utsikt mot stan. Do you want to try living on an island, one of Stockholm's most unique places about 30 minutes from Stockholm city? Tranholmen is an island in Lilla Värtan, between Lidingö and Stocksund. Tranholmen is a quiet island without car traffic or motor traffic. The island is served all year round by a ferry and several trips go to Ropsten both morning, noon and evening, the trip takes about 10 minutes. Our how is located on a lake plot so we have our own private large jetty that you can swim from.

The ferry takes 10 min and there are departures in both directions every 1-2 hours from early morning to late evening.
