Each room can accommodate 2 adults and on exception include upto 2 children. The rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor and the lounge and kitchen on the ground floor. The property is less than a kilometre from Shillong tourist spots & in a residential locality. There is parking space on first book basis for 2-3 vehicles.

Roseville is located in the outskirts of Shillong (7km from city center) and is surrounded by the exquisite view which consists of hills and forests.
