Hytta ligger helt ved vannet, det følger to kanoer med og det er også en solid robåt. Badstuen som ligger ved brygga kan bestilles om ønskelig. Fri parkering ca 150 meter fra hytta. Fin fisk i vannet, trenger ikke fiskekort.

Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Det er akkurat det du kan oppleve i Jølet, hytta som er spesialdesigna for å gje ein optimal følelse av nærleik til naturen. På kanten av eit jøl, skapt av elva sitt tusenårige strev for å nå fjorden, svevar hytta delvis i terrenget. Liggande heilt for seg sjølv utan nære naboar, men med utsikt over kulturlandskap og bygdelag, er dette ein perfekt stad både for avslapping og aktivitet.
