Our personal favorite! This popular Dennis beach is perfect for little ones due to its gentle waves and wading pools during low tide. About 13 minutes away.
Pro Tip: Go during low tide for the widest expansion of the beach and stay for the sunset (check the tide schedule - https://tides.willyweather.com/ma/barnstable-county/mayflower-beach.html)
- Get there early morning or late afternoon as parking fills up fast
- If parking is full, try Corporation Beach or Chapin Memorial Beach next door

P-town is a great day trip even if you just stop at the beach and spend the rest of the day walking around the shops, restaurants, galleries, etc.
