Lake Mary
Beautiful spot for kayaking, fishing, biking and hiking
One of our absolute favorite hikes. About 90 minutes down and back with the most breath-taking views at the top. You do gain quite a bit in elevation, but it's mostly switchbacks and there are plenty of beautiful spots to stop for a picture or water break. Bring a towel if you want to dip your toes in the lake!

Crystal Lake trail
Lk George RoadOne of our absolute favorite hikes. About 90 minutes down and back with the most breath-taking views at the top. You do gain quite a bit in elevation, but it's mostly switchbacks and there are plenty of beautiful spots to stop for a picture or water break. Bring a towel if you want to dip your toes in the lake!

We love the walk around Convict Lake - takes about 90 minutes. It’s beautiful with varying landscapes. Great spot to rent a boat and spend the day on the lake fishing or just relaxing.

Definitely worth the 3/4 mile walk to take in the beautiful view of the Inyo Crater. A bit of a bumpy drive down an unpaved road which makes it a fun adventure! Very kid friendly.
