What is it? The former Decorators’ Row has expanded into a hub for vanguard architecture, fashion, and art. There are several multilevel, open-air shopping complexes like Palm Court and Paradise Plaza where to shop for luxury fashion labels including Emilio Pucci and Giorgio Armani. Why go?
