University Circle boasts the most cultural destinations in one area, including the Cleveland Museum of Art (3rd largest museum on the planet- always free), a gorgeous lagoon with cherry blossom viewing in spring, Severance Hall, which houses the Cleveland Orchestra (one of the most recorded symphonies on the planet), MOCA (a modern art museum), restaurants, museums, and SO MUCH MORE.

Always free, and wonderful for all ages! Great cafe in the atrium, good for eating, studying, working. So many classics works of art!

Renting a car is the easiest way to get around.
But Uber/Lyft are everywhere, there are multiple bus stops within a 10 minute walk of the house, and I even have an extra bicycle you could rent for $10/day.
