If you want to try a historic and very charming Danish conditorie, you should visit La Glace in the city center. There can be a long line of people outside and it is quite expensive, but the experience is worth it. I can recommend you to try one of the layer cakes - my personal favorite is 'Det gyldne tårn'.

If you like sushi, you have to try the Danish restaurant chain called Sticks & Sushi. Very tasty and high quality sushi. I would recommend you to go to the Sticks & Sushi on the roof top of Tivoli Hotel, which has a great view and very nice interior. Remember to make a reservation on beforehand.
