If you go towards the national road, you will find the nicest beach with no hotels and a few taverns on the beach where you can relax on the sunbeds.

Georgioupoli is a harbour town, less than 12 minutes from the villa. Lots of shops, supermarkets, a square with a fountain, and many streets to walk around. You can take boat trips and even rent a boat yourself. And if you go early you can catch the fishermen that came back with fresh fish.
