One of our “go to” spots at the marina. At lunch, enjoy a perfect view of the dolphins having fun...at dinner, you will enjoy the serenity of the evening. Usually they have live music, too.
We like the ceviche, as well as the fish and chips. Be careful...the margaritas are strong!!

Casual, home-style, very reasonably priced food. This restaurant is NOT in the marina, go past Marina/Dolphin Discovery and make a right at the first street…the restaurant is on the left before going over the lagoon bridge.

Located in Akumal, 15 minutes south of Puerto Aventuras is Lol Ha, which is a restaurant and a casual beach café, Palapas Snack Bar. Both places have great food; one is an open-air café and the other is a restaurant with lovely wrap-around patio. They both have a beautiful view of the bay.

Gorgeous coastal ruins steeped in Mayan Culture. Inexpensive to visit, take the tram to get to the ruins….too hot to walk and well worth the minimal cost. You can bring your bathing suit and swim nearby, too….soooo inviting!!
Be certain to have pesos for your entrance fee into the ruins!
