The Koehler family owned and operated the historic Pearl Brewery. This mansion was built in approximately 1901-1902. It is now a part of San Antonio College and utilized in part by their Art Department.

Nice old trees with a playground, good walking trails, and picnic tables. The river runs through it so there are ducks and other birds along with several bridges.
