Another great grill restaurant. I still prefer the ribs at Cafe De Klos, but Castell has some of the best steaks in Amsterdam and some awesome cheese and other sauces.

Some of the best meals I've ever had. They grow their own vegetables in the attached green house. Their use of flowers, non typical herbs, and matched wines is amazing. High price, but worth it.
